Seletar Hills Estate Bukit Sembawang Estate

Our desire of living in a place of low-rises that was a convenience to where we were working. Coming from well-known New Zealand, living in a high-rise area could not favour us at all. We were looking for bungalows rather than apartments. This place is all low-rising, to get to Australian International School, it takes me only ten minutes from where I go to work through the CTE.

The best thing about living in this neighbourhood? Traffic is less and the place is quiet. It is close to where I work and also close to where my sister lives.

It has good appearance – the structure and layout work well. The dining room is an open-plan with big windows house is good for entertaining. We have changed part of the front side into the seating area that is secluded by the introduction of few potted plants, and the front farm is big to have a pit. It has got three bedrooms, one is an office for my husband Tim, the time he is not going to work. He loves the view from the window.
